We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our production team with food preparation, juice production, bottling, cleaning, organization, and general kitchen operations. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in cleanliness, and can move efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assist with washing, sanitizing, peeling, cutting, and preparing fruits and vegetables for production Assist with cold-pressed juice production and bottling Measure and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production sheets Label, date, organize, and properly store finished juice products Maintain proper refrigeration and cold-chain practices Clean and sanitize juicing equipment, work surfaces, containers, and kitchen areas Assist with inventory organization and produce receiving Help prepare production supplies and packaging materials Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the production process Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assist with loading production orders and preparing inventory for farmers markets, deliveries, and other events Perform other kitchen and production tasks as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods Able to lift and move boxes, produce, and supplies Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Able to follow recipes, instructions, and production schedules Passionate about healthy food, wellness, and quality products Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment when necessary Food-service, restaurant, juicing, prep kitchen, or production experience is a plus but not required Important Qualities We're looking for someone who understands that consistency matters .
