Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Prepare food items efficiently, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety compliance Assist with food handling, packaging, and basic food preparation tasks in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling retail math calculations with precision Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales upselling, and inventory management Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants; retail or grocery store experience is beneficial Join us to become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
