Operate POS systems like Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations. Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours. Manage time effectively to serve guests promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and friendliness. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
