This position is essential for ensuring that our culinary team can operate efficiently, providing exceptional food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to health and safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the culinary team. Ensure that all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchenware are washed and stored properly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Support catering events by setting up and breaking down banquet areas as needed. Adhere to proper food handling techniques to ensure the safety and quality of all food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a hotel or catering setting. Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of culinary practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a hospitality-focused atmosphere. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality service. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in the culinary field while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
