About the Role The Morning Culinary Mixer is responsible for producing the cookie dough, batters, and prep that the entire store runs on. You come in early, you follow Crumbl's recipes precisely, and you make sure the kitchen is ready before the first customer ever arrives. If you like working with your hands, you care about doing things right, and you show up consistently — this is a great role. You report to the Shift Lead and Store Manager. What You'll Do Mix dough and batters: Follow Crumbl's recipes exactly to produce consistent, high-quality product for every shift.
Complete morning prep:
Weigh ingredients, prepare fillings, and set up stations so the team can execute from the moment the store opens.
Maintain food safety standards:
Proper temperatures, labeling, storage, and handling — no exceptions, every shift. Keep the kitchen clean and organized: Your station stays clean throughout your shift, not just at the end.
Adapt to weekly menu changes:
Crumbl releases new flavors every week. You learn them fast and execute them right.
Communicate early:
If something's low, broken, or off-spec, you flag it before it becomes a problem — not after. What We're Looking For Reliable — you show up on time, every time. Early morning shifts require zero guesswork on attendance Detail-oriented — you follow a recipe the way it's written, not the way you think it should go Food service or kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one before starting Comfortable with early morning start times and physical prep work Positive attitude — the morning crew sets the tone for the whole day Willingness to learn new recipes every single week
