(4.3 on Yelp, 4.6 on Google map) We are looking for members to join our team! ★As a F/T team member, you serve a key role consistently providing quality food while maintaining a safe, sanitary and organized workspace. Make and serve customized pokes to customers, cashier, cleaning, multitasker. Prep topping containers in lines. Qualifications You have basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills Basic culinary knowledge, skills, and techniques. Basic knife skills Experienced working at sushi or poke restaurants plus. Able to communicate effectively with all team members. Customer service oriented. You have strong communications skills and is able to communicate operational information Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business Job Responsibilities Maintain 100% quality food production at all times. Meeting timing of food items as required by guest/supervisor. Proper communication with supervisors and co-workers. Maintain, organize and rotate inventory. Timely and complete set up of culinary equipment. Maintain clean and safe working area including refrigeration. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain and project a positive attitude. Perform all other duties as assigned.
