Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, serving food, and clearing after events Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service and timely delivery of orders Follow all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards at all times Skills Experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks with attention to detail Strong organizational skills for setting up events and maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus but not required Passion for hospitality, serving guests, and creating positive dining experiences This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
