Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Prep team member to join our culinary team. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal production. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to safety standards will contribute to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain hands-on experience in the food industry while working alongside passionate professionals dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and safety guidelines Support the kitchen team by organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient meal assembly Operate basic kitchen equipment safely, including knives, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Follow recipe instructions precisely to ensure consistency and quality of meals served Help with meal assembly and plating to support timely food service delivery Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or food service environments is preferred Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning routines and maintaining hygiene standards in a kitchen setting Excellent communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and team members Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure This is a great place to work

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
