In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations by ensuring high-quality food preparation and exceptional service. You will work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a welcoming environment for our guests while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and special requests. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong kitchen experience, including cooking and food preparation skills preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
