Duties Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience Prepare and serve menu items with precision, including specialty chicken dishes and sides Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Manage store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory checks Assist with upselling menu items and retail products to maximize sales opportunities Support team members through mentoring and collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols diligently at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices Skills in customer service, upselling, and retail math to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering delicious food, outstanding service, and memorable experiences!
