Job Description

As a Team Member / Prep Cook / Grill Cook, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing friendly customer service. Our ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working collaboratively with others. You will assist with a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, including greeting guests, taking orders, preparing and cooking food, operating the grill, stocking supplies, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and providing friendly, efficient customer service Taking food orders and accurately processing transactions Preparing ingredients and food items according to company recipes and standards Cooking and grilling meats, including steak and chicken, to proper temperatures Maintaining a steady supply of fresh food during service Following food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Properly storing, labeling, and rotating food products Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are running low Washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area Assisting with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures Working as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the restaurant Some restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires qualified individuals to be able to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job. Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
