Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Kitchen Team Member at our Nampa Food Truck, where your culinary enthusiasm and dedication will help deliver delicious, high-quality meals to our community. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced food service environment, ensuring every dish meets safety and quality standards while providing exceptional customer experiences. Whether you're passionate about food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, or operating kitchen equipment, you'll play a vital role in bringing flavorful meals to life with efficiency and care. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, slicers, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Assist with food handling tasks such as slicing ingredients using proper knife skills and adhering to slicing techniques for safety and precision Support meal preparation for catering events or special orders while following recipe adherence guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks, manage timing, and ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours Follow all safety standards in production, including proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices to prevent contamination Qualifications Previous experience in food service, culinary roles, or restaurant environments is highly desirable, but

Pay:
