PM Counter Server Job Description We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused PM Counter Server to join our evening team. This position is responsible for guest service, basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, dishwashing, and closing down the restaurant at the end of the night. Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly customer service Prepare basic food items following recipes and kitchen standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and kitchen Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment throughout the shift Restock supplies and assist with inventory organization Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Complete nightly cleaning and closing duties for the restaurant Properly shut down kitchen equipment and secure the restaurant at closing Work closely with team members to maintain smooth evening operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Ability to follow basic recipes and instructions accurately Comfortable handling light cooking and food prep tasks Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening and weekend shifts Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Schedule Evening/PM shifts Weekends and holidays may be required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Employee meals/discounts
