KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

Base Pay Rate:
$13.00 per hour (+ Tips) All tips are collected and distributed through a tip pool shared among eligible hourly employees, in compliance with Illinois wage and hour laws.
Work Description:
Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and standards Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils Ensure that food items are prepared in a timely and efficient manner Monitor inventory levels and add supplies to cooking area as needed Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared to customer specifications when special request come up Follow all health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Assist with other kitchen duties as needed ※Opportunities for advancement up to Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager ※Tips, Free meal during work, company party, uniform provided How to Apply Please apply through this posting and include: Resume / Work Experience Shift availability (days and hours) Earliest start date Preferred weekly hours Any additional notes Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule an interview.
