Ballyhoo Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, hospitality focused Polisher to join our team at Zenzi Den in Glenview.
Concept Overview:
Tucked into downtown Glenview, Zenzi Den is Ballyhoo Hospitality's newest concept, arriving Spring 2026. The space blends Japanese-inspired comfort with a buzzy, come-as-you-are energy, layered with natural textures and intentional design. Thoughtfully sourced meats, seafood, and vegetables hit the robata grill, where live fire does what it does best, deep flavor, real soul. Whether you're settling in for a low-key dinner or gathering the crew, Zenzi Den brings Ballyhoo's signature feel-good dining and genuinely warm hospitality to the table.
Job Summary:
The Polisher is responsible for polishing silverware, glassware, utensils, plateware and water bottles. The Polisher is an important role in the restaurant that serves on the BOH team but directly supports FOH operations.

Main duties include polishing, stocking and organizing of all dining room and kitchen supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Polish all dining room and kitchen supplies: plates, glassware and utensils Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to healthy and safety standards Work closely with FOH staff to dining room is supplied for service Stock server and kitchen stations with all needed supplies Support cleaning unexpected spills and serve as a support to FOH staff Fill water bottles and ensure coolers are properly stocked for service Work as a team in accomplishing a successful guest experience Organize storage areas and maintain a clean environment Other duties may be assigned
Required Work Skills and Qualifications:
