Sandwich Line

Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to Chicken Salad Chick standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Always adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming. Complete duties on opening and closing prep checklists. Understands and complies with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, recipe specifications, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Prepares all guest orders adhering to Speed of Service goals. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment. Close line kitchen properly following closing checklist and assist others in closing the kitchen. Promptly report equipment/food quality problems as well as product shortages to Managment. Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.
