TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

We are offering a seasonal, salaried, part-time positions on our kitchen staff as a kitchen steward, and a front of house supervisor. As kitchen steward, your duties would include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain kitchen supplies and equipment cleanliness Maintain a clean and safe working environment Assist in sanitation of food preparation areas and equipment Assist in stocking of food and disposable products Front of house position responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: set-up and breakdown of breakfast and lunch services service room set-up and breakdown maintaining stock related to services checking in orders maintaining the food service line maintaining a clean and safe work environment assist in the cleaning and sanitation of food prep and food service areas assist in player and staff needs as related to food service and sanitation We work with a professional sports team; you would be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Hours would vary to fit the needs of the team's schedule. Estimate 25 - 30 hours per week, morning and early afternoon. Some weekends.
