Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment (bussing) Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring timely delivery of orders while adhering to food safety protocols Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Aid in setting up banquet or special event stations, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and prepared Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer requests and maintaining a friendly attitude Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team in a hospitality setting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work Previous banquet, hotel, or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences through teamwork, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence!
