Summary We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team at Damascus Falafel. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Its a fast food middle eastern chipotle style restaurant. Experience is a must. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure the front end area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations to customers. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or food service is required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
