Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences! In this vital role, you'll support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that delights our guests and keeps operations running smoothly. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle food safely by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Support serving staff by preparing food items for presentation or delivery to guests Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Assist with banquet setups, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food for events Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation is advantageous Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Prior experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, dedication, and culinary excellence! Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 27.0 per week
