Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Handle cash transactions using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willing to work and learn in fast pase environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to twit and turn
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 99lbs
- Ability to stand, move, sit, and band in fast pace environment
