Full Job Description Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff to join our opening team. This role focuses on preparing fried chicken, sides, and appetizers while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Part Time Shifts (Mon-Sunday, Thursday off)
Responsibilities:
Operate fryers safely to prepare fried chicken and other menu items Prep sides, appetizers, and ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and floors Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks to meet sanitation standards Follow proper food preparation, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary Track inventory, rotate stock, and report low supplies Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as needed Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality food service
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or fryer experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to learn) Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
