Full Job Description Overview:

Smoothie King is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Smoothie King Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional Guest service and making delicious, nutritious smoothies that our Guests love. You'll spend your days at Smoothie King helping people live healthier, more active lives—that's our purpose! Responsibilities:

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Operate a blender.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
• Prepare smoothies according to Smoothie King's recipes and standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including work areas, Guest seating, retail area, and restrooms.
• Stock and maintain inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, powders, juices, and other smoothie ingredients.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Upsell additional products (extras & enhancers, sizing) and promotions to enhance the Guest experience.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
• On time and ready to work.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Lives and promotes a healthy and active lifestyle that aligns with Smoothie King's culture, values, and vision.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest service or food service preferred but not required.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with Guests and Team Members effectively.
• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Our hours of operation are

M-F:

7a-9p,

Saturday:

8a-9p,

Sunday:

10a-8p. MUST be available at least 2 days a week. (Seeking 1-2 team members who are available to work between the hours of 10 & 5) Also seeking 1-2 closers (2-9:30p, 3-9:30p, and 4-9:30p availability)

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, scoop, and lift up to 55 pounds through assigned shifts.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products, and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, trains and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have reliable transportation
