Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning ingredients, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage practices Support team members in various roles including food preparation, serving, and general restaurant maintenance to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems Toast POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
