The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is prepared, plated, and delivered to guests efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. Duties Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery of dishes. Assist in food preparation and presentation according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area, including proper storage of supplies. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are completed accurately. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential. A passion for culinary arts and hospitality will be highly regarded.
