We are mainly hiring Back of House employees and are looking for people who can handle a fast-paced environment, work well with a team, and want long-term growth opportunities. This is not an easy or slow-paced job. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to improve every day.

Back of House Responsibilities:

Cutting and prepping chicken Breading and frying chicken Making sauces and coleslaw Preparing food items quickly and consistently Building sandwiches, tenders, wraps, and bowls Cleaning and maintaining kitchen organization Supporting teammates during busy rushes Following food safety and cleanliness standards
