At LaRocca's Pizza, you'll help keep our busiest shifts running smoothly by keeping the kitchen stocked, preparing orders accurately, and leaving your station clean and ready for the next shift. When the kitchen is prepared, accurate, and upbeat, guests get great food, teammates work better together, and the whole shift feels smoother from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be useful, learn quickly, and make a real impact in a small team.

SPECIFICS

Primary outcome: Keep the kitchen stocked, prepare orders accurately during busy service, and leave the station clean and ready for the next shift — all while bringing an upbeat, team-first attitude to work. What you'll do Prep dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients before and during service so the line stays stocked. Assemble and cook pizzas and kitchen items according to recipes, process sheets, and quality standards. Check toppings, modifications, and ticket details carefully so orders go out right the first time. Operate ovens, air fryers, and prep tools safely and responsibly. Restock ingredients, boxes, and kitchen essentials throughout the shift. Keep your station clean, organized, and easy to work in during service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards every shift. Communicate clearly with teammates and shift leaders when you need help or clarification. Close your station properly by wiping and sanitizing surfaces, putting ingredients away, cleaning tools and dishes, sweeping or mopping, taking out trash, and restocking for the next shift.
