Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring the restaurant meets health regulations Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly in a quick service or fast food environment Support team members with basic kitchen tasks like food preparation and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or stocking supplies Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Join us as a Restaurant Crew Member where your energy fuels our success!
