Service Staff Needed

Job Overview We are looking for a few outgoing individuals to help fill out our crew. Must have Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday availability. We do have full time positions available but part time applicants are welcome as well. We will require you to learn our menu and our point of sales system as well as serving and selling to guests and basic cleaning and upkeep in the restaurant. Previous service experience is not required but is preferred. Must be 18 or older. We would also prefer if you apply in person in store at 1419 e. 11th ave Hutchinson, Ks. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Prepare and serve food according to established safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a full service restaurant setting is preferred Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
