In this role, you will play a vital part in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portioning ingredients accurately. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Help with catering events by preparing food items as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages to management. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is helpful. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new cooking techniques.
