Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
• Assist with meal preparation and menu planning
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the food service
• Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation
• Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:

• Strong cooking skills with experience as a line cook
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
