Our Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality food with speed and care while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following approved recipes, portions, and presentation standards. Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring accuracy, quality, and speed of orders. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including prep stations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist with inventory management, including proper rotation (FIFO) and stock levels. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after showtimes. Participate in ongoing training and development, including food safety certification. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic math skills for portioning and recipe measurements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Regularly lift up to 50-60 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
