This is a tipped position where team members will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our delicious doughnuts. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for the food industry. Ideal applicants would be available starting at 4:30am. Duties Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOH areas. Assist with maintaining the dining area to ensure a pleasant experience for customers. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and order processing accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Basic math skills are essential for effective order processing and cash handling. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
