In Season's food truck is the heartbeat of our brand out in the community — and we're looking for a driven, organized team to help us take it even further. This position is for someone who wants real responsibility: working the truck day‑to‑day with a small team, maintaining quality and speed, and representing the flagship store with pride everywhere the truck goes. You'll be the face of In Season at events, pop‑ups, and high‑volume service days, ensuring every guest gets the same polished experience they'd expect in our brick‑and‑mortar. We're a tight crew that moves fast, communicates clearly, and holds high standards. What You'll Do Operate the food truck with confidence, consistency, and professionalism. Support a small team during service, keeping pace tight and communication sharp. Maintain product quality, portioning, and speed — even under pressure. Handle daily setup, breakdown, inventory, and truck readiness. Address issues quickly and calmly, whether operational or guest‑facing. Uphold all company standards, safety protocols, and food truck procedures. Represent In Season with hospitality, positivity, and a strong work ethic. What You Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving instincts and the ability to adapt quickly on the road. Keen observation and attention to detail. A positive, steady, team‑oriented attitude. Ability to give constructive feedback and maintain a healthy team dynamic. Basic computer literacy and math competency. We are serving high quality scratch made seasonal foods lightning fast in an open kitchen setting. We believe in integrity of product and utilize classic cooking techniques and a unique service and hospitality model. We're on a mission to deliver \good things to eat\ for the masses.
