Back of House Team Member:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently Thaw and prepare raw chicken according to Chick-Fil-A safety and quality standards Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, stocked, and organized at all times Assist in receiving and organizing of product as it arrives Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect Display a cheerful and positive attitude Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
