Full Job Description Job Title:
Kitchen Team Member We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member/Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality, and communicates well with coworkers. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift, wash dishes and utensils during and after service. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently during busy service periods Assist other kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers Punctuality and reliability are essential Willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn Weekend and evening availability required What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and grow in the kitchen
Pay:
