Job Summary We need you to help us continue to put forward incredible wings and burgers to match our amazing beer. Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences for our brewery visitors! In this vital role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist with various kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to a lively, efficient environment that delights our guests and maintains the highest quality standards. Whether you're seasoned in restaurant settings or eager to develop your culinary skills, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow within a popular brewery environment Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas Support cooking processes by monitoring food items during preparation and ensuring proper presentation Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Skills Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments a plus Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is a plus Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary environments Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a fulfilling career where your culinary talents shine!
