This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, customer service, and fast-paced restaurant operations. As a vital part of our team, you'll help deliver quick, quality service in a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including ice cream treats, burgers, fries, and other menu items with enthusiasm and attention to quality. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring proper storage in accordance with health guidelines.. Follow all safety procedures related to food industry standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols.
