Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Clean all kitchen and dining supplies appropriately including handwashing and loading/unloading dishwashing machines Ensure adequate amounts of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available for use Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dishwashing areas, trash/disposal areas, and soiled linen areas Support back-of-house operations especially pertaining to food quality, safety standards, food rotation, and storage
