Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Support cooking processes by monitoring food items during preparation and ensuring timely completion Handle food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures Serve guests efficiently by operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction Support banquet setups and catering events with food prep, serving, and cleanup tasks as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling practices Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests warmly Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset Embark on an exciting culinary journey with us!
