In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for various kitchen tasks, ensuring that food preparation and service meet our high standards of quality and safety. If you have a passion for hospitality and culinary arts, we would love to have you on board. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and special events. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Help in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for events or daily service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or needs related to food offerings. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service. Experience in culinary arts or food preparation is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
