A successful candidate will be able to take initiative, while possessing an ability to stay calm and collected under pressure along with strong customer service skills. They will also need to be highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items & cook burgers, ensuring quality and follow standards. Safely operate, clean, and maintain grill equipment, fryers, and other kitchen machinery in a high-grease environment. Able to work with grease; knowledge of filtering and how to operate and clean filter machines. Knowledge of food safety; how to handle, store, and prep food items. Keep workstations clean and organized, including routine cleaning of grills, grease traps, and kitchen surfaces Have knowledge of new product lines and other information pertinent to the overall operation. Have knowledge and use of point-of-sale systems. Deliver the best customer service possible.
