Full Job Description Job Title:
Restaurant Team Member•Multiple Shifts Available Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our small restaurant team in Agawam. This is not just a front counter or basic kitchen helper position. The ideal candidate will grow into a strong all-around team member who can cook, prepare orders, assist with food prep, serve customers, restock stations, clean, and support daily restaurant operations. We are hiring for multiple part-time shifts, including weekday daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. Our current priority is weekday daytime coverage, typically 9:00 AM-2:00 PM , but additional hours are available based on availability, experience, and reliability. Food service experience is helpful, but reliability, willingness to learn, speed, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are just as important. The right person will be trained in different areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, front counter, prep, cleaning, and customer service. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Friendly and professional attitude with customers and coworkers Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willingness to learn both kitchen and front counter tasks Basic math and communication skills Ability to stand during the shift and lift light to moderate supplies Prior restaurant, deli, food service, cooking, or retail experience is preferred but not required Weekday daytime availability is preferred, especially 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability are also welcome Pay $16•20 per hour, based on experience, reliability, availability, and ability to work multiple stations.
