Responsibilities and Duties Food Preparation and Bake/Cook :
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as needed for dishes, ensuring everything is fresh and ready for use. Follow café recipes accurately to create menu items, including breakfast sandwiches, paninis, and baked goods, ensuring consistent quality. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and handling regulations.
Plating and Presentation :
Plate each dish attractively according to café standards, with attention to portion size, garnishing, and presentation.
Cleaning & Maintenance :
Keep workstations, kitchen tools, equipment, and surfaces clean and sanitary throughout the day to maintain a safe and efficient workspace. Follow health and safety guidelines by washing hands frequently, using gloves when needed, preventing cross-contamination, and storing items appropriately. Collaborating with the
Team :
