We prepare fresh, fully cooked meals each week for customers across Greater Boston, the South Shore, and the North Shore. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with food, moving quickly, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities As a Kitchen Team Member, you may help with: Prepping ingredients for weekly meal production Portioning and plating meals accurately Packing meals into containers Labeling and organizing completed meals Keeping workstations clean and sanitary Washing dishes and helping maintain kitchen flow Following food safety and kitchen procedures Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed during busy production days What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and shows up on time Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Able to stand for long periods of time Detail-oriented with portioning, labeling, and organization Willing to jump in wherever needed Positive, team-focused, and respectful Able to follow directions and food safety procedures Kitchen experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Schedule We are especially looking for availability on: Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Exact hours may vary based on production needs. Additional weekday hours may be available for the right person.
