Job Description
Responsible for preparing made‑to‑order bowls and salads, providing fast and friendly service, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting smooth takeout operations during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Assemble bowls and salads according to recipes, portion standards, and customer customizations. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer menu questions. Operate POS systems for order entry, payments, and order handoff. Maintain food quality by following prep standards, freshness checks, and safe food‑handling procedures. Restock the line with ingredients, utensils, dressings, and packaging throughout the shift. Keep the service area clean , including counters, prep surfaces, and equipment. Work efficiently during rushes , coordinating with kitchen and other team members to keep wait times low. Package takeout orders neatly and ensure accuracy before handing them to customers or delivery drivers. Follow health and safety guidelines , including proper glove use, temperature checks, and sanitation routines. Assist with opening or closing tasks , such as setting up the line, prepping ingredients, or cleaning stations. ⭐ Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail . Comfortable with fast‑paced environments and multitasking. Basic food‑handling knowledge (ServSafe certification is a plus). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. ⭐ Typical Work Environment High‑energy, fast‑moving counter service. Frequent interaction with customers and delivery drivers.
