In this energetic role, you will assist with food preparation, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean, efficient environment. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are followed at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Support food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness efforts in the kitchen and dining areas Engage in upselling and sales techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy environment to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math, and retail math applications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
