The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food service, kitchen operations, and culinary arts, with a focus on providing exceptional meal preparation and dining experiences. Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Assist in menu planning and development to meet dietary needs and preferences Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices, adhering to all health regulations Cook and prepare a variety of dishes, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques Support catering events by preparing and serving food in accordance with event requirements Serve food to guests in a professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal delivery Experience Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene Fine dining or catering experience is a plus Skills in food presentation, knife handling, and culinary techniques are preferred Familiarity with serving procedures and food industry regulations is beneficial This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
