Job Description
Martin's Caterers has immediate openings available at Valley Mansion for the following positions: Prep Cooks Dishwashers We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Martin's offers competitive pay, flexible work schedules, and a beautiful working atmosphere. Prep Cook Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food. Assist chefs with food preparation and banquet production. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned. Dishwasher Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen work areas. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. Remove trash and maintain clean waste disposal areas. Sweep and mop floors as needed. Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies and equipment. Availability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is required. Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
