Job Title:
Kitchen Team Member - Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)
Pay:
$20/hour
Schedule:
Part-time, 20-25 hours/week max, evenings and weekends
Location:
Sparks Glencoe, with occasional shifts in Cockeysville and Reisterstown MealMode is a family-rooted meal service company that has grown from a single family kitchen in 1959 into a trusted food service partner for schools and institutions across Maryland. We operate three commercial kitchens, located in Sparks Glencoe, Cockeysville, and Reisterstown, serving schools and facilities across Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County. Our mission is to deliver meals that are local, tasty, and fresh, meeting the nutritional needs of the communities we serve. We believe flavor and nutrition belong together, and our team takes pride in preparing food that nourishes as much as it satisfies.
What You'll Do:
Prep, portion, and package meals per MealMode recipes and CACFP guidelines Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safety compliant Work primarily out of Sparks Glencoe, with occasional floats to Cockeysville and Reisterstown Team up with the Kitchen Supervisor and fellow Kitchen Associates to keep meal service running smoothly
Who You Are:
Some food prep or kitchen experience (professional or serious home-cook welcome) Reliable for evening and weekend shifts Comfortable following recipes and food safety standards (ServSafe training provided if needed) Reliable transportation between locations Please note: because this role involves occasional interaction with adults and minors, all candidates must pass an extensive background check.
